Kidi was born to mr an mrs Gerald and Beatrice Thompson.  the suer star is said to have two younger brothers, Phillip and Elliot.
Kidi attended St. Anthony's School  primary school in Accra and proceeded to Accra Academy for his Senior High School education.
He then is saidto have went on to the University of Ghana Legon, where he graduated in 2016 with a degree in Economics and Information Studies.


kidi came into the spotlight after the won the MTN hit maker in 2015 and was signed to Lynx Entertainment were he released Say You Love Me which became hit.
The hit make ris rumored to be single although sources also says he has a son and a supposed baby mama in the states. Kidi has been previlaged to mount many stage with a lot of super stars both home and abroad.
